Our practice and exam quizzes allow you to validate that your knowledge of Lean and/or Six Sigma principles and tools reach the level required by the norm describing the minimum competencies of a Lean Green Belt or a Six Sigma Green Belt.
Our Quizzes are based on the first norm (NF X06-091) describing the minimum competencies requirements in Lean or/and Sigma
You have the flexibility to get a knowledge certificate on Lean only (Green Belt Lean level) or on Six Sigma only (Green Belt Six Sigma level) or on Lean Six Sigma if you pass both certificates.
The practice mode allows to upgrade one’s knowledge to the level required to pass the test. After completing the practice mode, the exam becomes a formality !
We recommend you start first with the practice mode. The participants who start with the practice mode succeed in passing their exam at the first attempt !
A practice mode allows you to upgrade the competencies to the level required to obtain the knowledge certificate at the Green Belt level.
In the practice mode, whenever the wrong answer has been selected, the correct answer will be indicated, followed by an explanation when required.
In the exam mode, the answer must be chosen within a 1 minute timeframe. If no answer has been selected within one minute the answer will be considered as incorrect.
A minimum score of 80% (correct answers) must be reached to pass the exam.
A project manager is expected to explain at any moment of the project the deliverable which must be delivered, the most appropriate tool to achieve it and know perfectly the proper use and interpretation of each tool.
This is often challenging and the risk of committing fatal errors when one do not yet master all the deliverables and tools is extremely high.

Jean-François Litt has worked for the Six Sigma Academy which was founded by Mikel Harry who has developed Six Sigma along with Bill Smith. He has created and was the president of their first office in France.
Prior to working for Six Sigma Academy, he worked for General Electric (GE) as Master Black Belt.
He has lead the group who has written the first norm on the competencies required for the Green Belt or Black Belt certification in Lean or/and Six Sigma (Norm AFNOR NF X06-091).
